Open Excel and compare its toolbar to that of Word, then type the following questions into Word answer them and hand them in.

1 How many views does Word have? List them.

2 How many views does Excel have? List them.

3 Does Excell have a spellcheck function? If so under which mnu is it located?

4 Does Word have a Help function? Does Excel have a Help function?

5 What are tool tips?

6 Can Excel align cells to the left, right, and center? If so where are these functions located?

7 What is Word used for?

8 What is Excel used for?

9 Can a page break be inserted in Excel? If so where is that function located?

10 Can the font size be changed in Excel? If so how?

11 Can the font color be changed in Excel? If so how?

12 What is a cell?

13 What is a row?

14 What is a column?

15 Can the print function be changed to landscape in Excel? If so where would you find it?
